Listen, you don't have to be the world's best cook to get annoyed at someone encroaching on your kitchen space. Most people don't have the world's largest kitchen with several fully stoked fridges and all the counter space you need. In fact, I would argue that most people have pretty cramped kitchens with limited counter space and only two people can fit in there period, let alone two people moving around trying to do a bunch of things! And when you wanna cook, you wanna cook—let her cook! It's not "romantic" to cook together, it's annoying. Is that a hot take? I feel like it shouldn't be, or maybe I just grew up with itty bitty kitchens and have gone to the ER two too many times for accidentally chopping a piece of my finger off… 

 

Either way, I really don't think I'm the only one who cannot stand cooking together, and these memes prove that I'm not alone!
